the yjeet river, pronounced why-jeet, is the name of the black river circling the sacred mountains in the center of the territory. the river is the color of shadow itself, and is easily a famed location. it is one of the only sources of water, besides the stream running down the bottom of the canyon, making it a good bartering tool when other herds cause trouble. the territory can be hard to defend, because the river is about three miles around the mountain, so the herd mostly stays to the most southern side. holding this territory is a definite bragging right.
