the northern point of naurma island consists of high ridged mountains, and very sharp, sheer drops. only those who betray no fear, and are very easy on their hooves are found here. occasionally there will be found a young, overly proud stallion will arrive. often be killed in the process. large, wide-petaled and very exotic flowers bloom on the grassy areas on the mountains. there is a platform upon the very top of the mountain, cracks have formed overtime, and moss has grown over the ages. warmth of a fire welcomes you, the shiver of the wind surpasses you, the flowing rush of relief circles you, and the smell of the earth floods your senses. this area is very well respected, and the four immortals gather here to speak, often every other year or month. picae copse expands across a wide area of naurma island. it is found in the center of the island, bordered by the painted mountains from the south, and leopolds greed to the north. the forests of picae are quite magical in their way, and may often be seen as mysterious. it is a haven to those who want to find another part of themselves within the trees. picae is a labyrinth and once you enter there is no escape until you reach either the north or south point of the isle. It can be a road of self discovery or of fear and chaos. whichever road leads you into picae copse there is only one to take through it. an ancient path spirals past the historic tree trunks that are drenched in an everlasting coat of rain and dew. this may be the quiet serene place to practice your sight or earth elemental abilities - you might as well find something to do while you travel through the rain-forest, seeing that it will be a long journey. to the north of naurma island is leopold's greed, the famed place of stealing and being stolen. In this serene glade many crimes take place. some stallions see the stealing of mares as a game to be played, and this is the formal place to play it. each stallion who wishes to play must prove their wit by creating a poem about the damsel they have their greedy eyes on. for this is the place that it first occurred, and it is only right to honor that first vicious act of greed. in order to make a steal please first read the rules, then you may create your poem. remember that each poem must have at least two hints about the mare that the stallion wishes to steal. thank you!	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.

naurma island is a long strip of land in the middle of an ocean. it once was connected to the edges of mesmeric meadow, and the isles of wind, but has long past sauntered away from them both. floating a few hours away from the land. a ancient legend borders this land. it is said that millions of years ago, it once contained a traitor to the immortal councils. but a powerful water element had fallen in love with her. with his wise words, and careful thinking, he soon heard of the rules of the isle. 'naurma must not leave the island.' and so he used his element to wash the waters closer to his homeland, so though she would not leave the isle, but he would be free to visit her. however, he was found out about his visits, and was sacrificed to the immortals for defying them. but there the island remains, pushed farther away by the immortal councils favoured water elements to push the island away. in it's beauty, this land is very well known for it's treasures. naurma island is called one of the most beautiful, and most romantic isles of shattered. most of the fauna's that live here can invoke feelings of love and romance with their beauty.
